Employment Law Associates offer an independent Mediation
Service which is much more than an alternative to litigation in the
courts. It is a unique stand alone service which aims to use a variety
of strategies which enables any party or parties engaged in a dispute
to reach a voluntary negotiated agreement.
Our Mediation Service currently
operates within the confines of employment and work related problems
and our Accredited Mediator may be involved from the very early
stages of a problem, in fact the earlier the better. |
In this sense mediation becomes a very valuable tool to manage
conflict rather than involvement at the very last minute when
all to often parties are too resentful to benefit from mediation.
We start from the premise that conflict is a natural part of
any given situation and that resolution of conflict can be worked
through with patience and effectiveness. This will invariably
be cost effective for any employer and will also contribute to
the well being of employees.
