The fact that Employment
Tribunal claims have risen considerably over the last few years clearly
indicates that Employees are willing and able to standup for their
rights when unfairly treated by their employer or while at work.
| In our experience and certainly more
recently Employment Tribunals are displaying a more favourable
approach towards Employers. That is why if you are contemplating
a claim against your employer you really need to know exactly where
you stand and have a sound knowledge of the law involved. |
 |

|
Employees also need to be aware of strictly enforced
time limits involved in making claims in Employment Tribunals (generally
three months from dismissal or the act complained of). Therefore,
if you have decided to make a claim you should not hesitate to
take action.
|
| Over the last three and a half years we have represented
employees in over 250 cases and have recovered over £750,000
in settlements and Tribunal awards. The majority of our cases have
been conducted on a Contingency Fee Basis (i.e. No Win No Fee)
where we deduct a percentage of the award settlement, with an additional
affordable fee to cover costs of consultations and preparation
of the claim. |
 |
Employment Law offer a free half hour session in
which we aim to give clients a good indication of the strength
of their cases and of the best way for them to proceed. We encourage
amicable dialogue between Employees and Employers whenever this
is possible. |
